Guide participants through the virtual environment
Once your virtual environment is up and running, it is time to bring it to life. That is where Guide steps in, Echo’s control panel for instructors, trainers or presenters. In Guide, you master the product showcase or scenarios and guide future clients or participants through it. When does a scenario start? Which scenario do you use in a session? When does the scenario end?
You can either let participants experience a scenario and all its interactive elements together, in which the effects of every action are visible to all participants, or host individual sessions. You decide what you need. In each case, you as Guide operator receive live feedback of any action performed by participants in the scenario.
